“The Youth Say” Program
— A Global Youth Video Co-Creation Project
"The Youth Say" gives young correspondents a platform to document culture, education, and international cooperation through short-form video and storytelling. Participants work in teams across regions to co-create content that highlights youth voices and bridges local experiences with global conversations.
Correspondents receive editorial guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to take part in forums, cultural exchanges, and UNESCO-related initiatives. The program strengthens skills in communication, intercultural dialogue, and collaborative media production.
GYDCA supports members with training workshops, peer networks, and pathways to contribute articles, interviews, and multimedia projects that reflect the diversity of civilizations worldwide.

Young people aged 18–35 with an interest in journalism, media, culture, or international affairs are welcome to apply. We look for curious storytellers committed to respectful dialogue and cross-cultural exchange, regardless of professional background.
Correspondents produce articles, interviews, and video content on themes such as education, heritage, youth leadership, and international cooperation. They may cover local events, participate in co-creation projects, and contribute to GYDCA's global media channels.
Members are matched into international teams for 'The Youth Say' video projects and thematic reporting cycles. Online workshops, editorial briefings, and peer review sessions help teams align stories and publish co-created content for global audiences.
We offer mentorship from editors and international partners, training in media ethics and storytelling, and access to forums, cultural exchange activities, and publication opportunities linked to UNESCO networks.
Universities, cultural organizations, and international partners can host workshops, sponsor correspondents, or co-develop content series. Contact GYDCA to explore collaboration on youth media, dialogue programs, and cross-border reporting.
