Paris, 21 April 2026 — The Global Youth Dialogue among Civilizations Alliance (GYDCA), based in Paris, and The Diplomatic Club (TDC), headquartered in New Delhi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at UNESCO premises, opening a strategic partnership around youth diplomacy, intercultural dialogue and international cooperation.
The agreement sets out a collaborative framework for empowering young people through joint programmes — youth dialogue forums, Model United Nations initiatives, international conferences, and youth ambassador and correspondent programmes.
Both organisations will also open routes for youth participation in global platforms, notably the Global Youth Dialogue Forum at UNESCO Headquarters and activities marking the International Day for Dialogue among Civilizations. Alongside this, the partnership will widen academic cooperation, student exchanges and access to diplomatic and international networks.
Working together, GYDCA and TDC intend to co-organise regular events, form joint youth delegations, and develop flagship initiatives connecting young leaders across regions — particularly between India and the wider global community.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to building a new generation of globally engaged youth capable of advancing dialogue, mutual understanding and cooperation across cultures.
