What does intercultural dialogue actually mean — in practice, as a lived experience? For its first collaborative event with Sciences Po Nations Unies, GYDCA welcomed a group of students to a participatory session at UNESCO built to find out.
Rather than a straightforward presentation, the session was designed as an immersive experience where students could take part in intercultural exchange directly — putting forward their own perspectives, lived experience and reflections on identity, stereotypes and cultural understanding. Open discussion and practical activities let participants test how youth dialogue can work as a real instrument for cooperation and mutual understanding across cultures.
