Marking the 10th anniversary of VivaTech, GYDCA convened the Youth Dialogue on Technology & Innovation at UNESCO in Paris, bringing young entrepreneurs, innovators, startup founders, alumni representatives and international youth leaders together to trade views on the future of technology, artificial intelligence, innovation and responsible leadership.
The dialogue looked at how young people can help address global challenges through entrepreneurship, ethical innovation and cross-cultural collaboration. Discussion covered both the openings and the obligations that emerging technologies create, with participants returning repeatedly to the need for innovation that stays inclusive, human-centred and guided by ethical values. As technology keeps reshaping societies, they argued, intercultural dialogue becomes central to cooperation, creativity and sustainable development.
The event was moderated by Li Pei Moon Yin and featured speakers Emmanuel R. Goffi, PhD; Marcus Magarian; David Ye (“Iron Entrepreneur”); and Hannes Van Cauwenberghe, who drew on their professional experience across innovation, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence and youth leadership.
